Agreement/Acceptance of General Sales Conditions
At the time of ordering, you acknowledge the general sales conditions and confirm having read them. You expressly declare to accept them without objection. Any other conditions or terms apart from these general sales conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing between the parties.

Prices
Prices are quoted in CHF per piece (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT is not included in the displayed purchase prices and will be indicated separately on the invoice. Recommended retail prices for end consumers include VAT.

Change of Ownership
The change of ownership of the goods occurs upon full payment of the invoice or invoice amount. Before that, the delivered goods are considered consignment stock.

Receipt of Goods
Please open your shipment immediately upon receipt and check the contents for completeness.

Complaints
Complaints will only be accepted within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

Exchange/Return
Exchange and return of incorrectly delivered items are also only possible within 5 days in the original packaging and unused condition. Items returned with damaged packaging or labels, as well as non-neutral price labeling, will not be replaced. The return of goods incorrectly or excessively ordered by the customer is excluded. Exchange of slow-moving items is also excluded.

Delivery
Deliveries are free of charge for orders over CHF 250. The small quantity surcharge for orders below CHF 250 is CHF 15.

Pickups at the Warehouse
must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

Payment Terms
30 days net. The first delivery is made against advance payment.

Liability Notice
Despite careful content control, we assume no liability for the content of external links. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content.

Limitation of Liability for Users who are Entrepreneurs
Claims of users due to defects in our services are excluded. This also applies to all claims for damages, unless we act with intent.

Limitation of Liability for Gratuitous Services
For services provided free of charge by us, all claims for defects are excluded. This applies in particular, without claiming completeness, to their suitability for certain purposes and their reliability.

We do not guarantee the constant availability of our services. We do not guarantee that the material set up on the servers on the websites will be continuously and/or error-free or punctually available. We cannot accept responsibility for the absence of viruses or other harmful components.
