As your employer, we cover 100% of the premiums for the daily sickness benefits insurance. In the event of illness, we provide you with full wage compensation for up to 90 days to ensure your financial security.

During maternity leave, you'll either receive full wage compensation for 14 weeks or 80% compensation for 17 weeks, ensuring you can fully focus on your health and family during this important time.

Additionally, as an expectant father, you have the option of taking 2 weeks of paternity leave with 100% wage compensation.
