The idea originated from a thesis during studies, aiming to blend high quality and fashion trends with sports activities like surfing and jogging, thereby revolutionizing the Swiss pet market.

We start with Freezack
The birth of Freezack, the proprietary brand of BusinessCom Trading AG
2000
Rogz goes to Switzerland
The Rogz brand is sold for the first time in Switzerland
2001
Now we're launching into action!
BUSINESSCOM launches as an importer and wholesaler for dog and cat accessories.
2003
Our products stand for quality
With the Rogz brand, we have established ourselves as specialists in sporty, fashionable, and high-quality nylon leashes and collars
2005
We're getting bigger!
We're moving to Biglen and expanding our warehouse space from around 300 m² to over 1,000 m², which is heated during the summer and well cooled in winter.
2006
World Wide BUSINESSCOM
BUSINESSCOM goes online and is present on the internet for the first time.
2007
Our product range is expanding
We are revising the catalog and presenting many new products and innovations.
2008
A major player
Nestlé Purina PetCare approached us to manage specialist retailers in the pet food sector for them. We accepted, leading to another move. We now operate from Gümligen, with approximately 1,800 m² of warehouse space, providing optimal access capabilities.
2010
We're getting a new look
We're revamping our corporate identity (CI) and adjusting everything accordingly. The new catalog is being created, true to the motto 'the life of the animal is important to us'! The catalog is based on the daily activities of the dog and sets new standards in usability and user-friendliness.
2011
The only constant is change
Dog Gone Smart, with its fantastic Nano products, expands our bed collection. The new website goes online. For the first time, we decide not to attend a trade show and plan an open day at our facility.
2012
There is an addition
Dirty Door Mats becomes a hit and adds a lot of music to our range! Chomper and Escapure enrich our product lineup
2013
Benvenuto a bordo
United Pets, a friend from the early days of pet care, joins us on our journey, adding Italian charm to our existing products. Particularly, Rogz receives strong color support and harmonizes perfectly with United Pets. Our snack range is complemented by Doggy Kitchen, with a focus on Switzerland and sustainability strengthened.
2014
Natural effectiveness
Alongside the Swiss company Bogar, we've introduced effective, high-quality, plant-based products into our range. Bogar AG produces its products according to proprietary formulas and international standards. To ensure the high quality of the products, only the finest raw materials are used and processed in their production.
2015
Swiss dog and cat specialties
Fresh, high-quality products enriched with Swiss organic alpine herbs, all sourced from Switzerland. These are our driving forces behind our new product line, Snuggi’s.

The starting shot for our own global food brand at Interzoo 2016.

It's time to move
We're moving to Burgdorf with new office spaces and a warehouse spanning an area of 12,000m².
2018
Events shape the year
The birth of our own care and hygiene brand. In-Fluence offers high-quality products in body and dental care, as well as nutritional supplements and protection against parasites for dogs and cats. We are expanding our warehouse space by 14,000m² with an additional storage location in Gontenschwil.
2020
Larger assortment, larger warehouse
Since March 2020, our warehouse in Biglen, spanning an area of 21,000 square meters, has been operational.
2022
We remain innovative
Since the summer of 2022, our automated small parts warehouse 'CUBY' in Biglen has been in operation. This system comprises over 9,000 container storage locations, arranged in 2 aisles and 13 levels, serviced by 28 shuttles. With this, we take a big step towards an automated future.
2023
A new appearance for the future
In October 2023, we gave our company's appearance a fresh redesign. We remain innovative, so our logo had to be adapted to our philosophy.
